1. What we collect. Waitlist email addresses, and — once the Software launches — anonymous usage statistics if you opt in. The Software itself processes your WhatsApp data entirely on your own computer; we never receive, store, or transmit your chats, media, contacts, or backups.

2. How we use it. Waitlist emails are used solely to notify you about the launch. We do not sell personal data. Analytics, if enabled, is cookie-consent-gated.

3. Local processing. This is the core of our privacy posture: every byte of WhatsApp data handled by ChatSwitch stays on your machine. There is nothing of yours on our servers to breach.

4. Third parties. We may use email delivery and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under GDPR-compliant agreements.

5. Your rights. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data at privacy@toolsxsi.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention. Waitlist emails are deleted after launch notification or on request.

7. Changes. We will post updates on this page.
