Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By using chatswitch.toolsxsi.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site and the Software. The Site provides informational guides about WhatsApp data transfer and hosts a waitlist for the ChatSwitch desktop software (the "Software"). The Software is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. License. When the Software launches, your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on the terms shown at checkout. One license covers the stated number of devices and computers; lifetime licenses are valid for the lifetime of the product.

4. Acceptable use. You may only use the Software to transfer WhatsApp data that you own or are authorized to access, between devices you own. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and applicable law.

5. Intellectual property. The Site, its content, and the Software are the property of ChatSwitch. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC; ChatSwitch is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Disclaimers. Guides are provided for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatSwitch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Always back up your data before any transfer.

7. Limitation of liability. ChatSwitch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from use of the Site or Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes. We may update these Terms; the version on this page governs.
