30-day money-back guarantee. If the ChatSwitch Software fails to transfer your WhatsApp data and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you in full.

How to claim. Email support@toolsxsi.com with your order number and a description (or screenshot) of the failure. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Trial first. The free preview lets you confirm the Software sees your full chat history before you pay — please use it.

Exceptions. Refund abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and claims across devices beyond the license terms) may be declined.
